Day 3 of Juicing: Popeye's Delight

This delicious and nutritious juice contains lots of spinach, which is famous as the vegetable for building muscles. It is a great source of fiber, protein, zinc, and niacin. It also contains vitamins A, C E, K, and B6, calcium, copper, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, riboflavin, and thiamin, among others. It is anti-inflammatory, and great for vision; good to prevent/combat cancer, diabetes, and heart problems. All leafy greens, including spinach, have potent cancer fighting agents. Cucumber and spinach are both good for healthy and beautiful hair, nails, and skin.

1 cucumber

1 green apple

2 celery stalks

2 handfuls of spinach

Wash fruit and veggies well. Cut apple into sections that will fit into your juicer’s feed tube. Bunch up the spinach and push through the feed tube with the apple, celery, and cucumber. Stir juice and pour into glass. Serve immediately or store in a tight fitting jar.
