We are in the month of May and here in Florida, we are experiencing consistent warm days. I enjoy having company for dinner, so I love to keep my dishes fresh. I’m so happy to find Casabella, they make my meal preparations much easier with their awesome tools. I can prepare and serve my delicious and chunky Loaded Guacamole, with chopped onions, juicy tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, lime juice, cilantro, and a hint of spice, using their amazing tools!

For Cinco De Mayo, I plan to serve this Loaded Guacamole recipe prepared and served using, Casabella’s 4 in 1 Avocado Tool, Clip N Strip Shears, and Guac-Lock® along with my Easy Black Bean Enchiladas and my Garlic Tofu Salad with Lime Dressing. I know my guests will be blown away by!
Aside from being safe (BPA-free, dishwasher safe) and easy to use, Casabella’s 4 in 1 tool, cuts, scoops, slices and mashed avocados. This so cool, and it also great for making mashed potatoes and baby foods! This tool is not sharp at all, so I had my son Daevyd help me. He especially enjoyed mashing up the avocados after he finished scooping them out!
I also had to pleasure to use this handy and sturdy contoured handle, Clip n Strip Shears. These sharp scissors cut herbs easily with a herb stripper built in the handle for quick preparation.
If you have been frustrated like I have been in making your guacamole early and only to find out later that it had oxidized and turned brown. Well, this Guac-Lock® is your answer. It is specially designed to keep your guacamole fresh and prevent it from turning brown.
I tested it out just the other day when my hubby went to Orlando for a business meeting all day. I made the guacamole early and kept it covered in the Guac-Lock® and refrigerate. When I was ready to serve it for supper, to my surprise the guacamole was fresh, I’m so happy that I finally have a solution for my problem. My family loves avocados and we buy a lot. Now I don’t have to race to finish them all in a day!
Now, back to my Loaded Guacamole recipe, I decided to add diced cucumbers and red bell pepper to my guacamole recipe because I really wanted to add some extra crunch, it was the best decision ever! I couldn’t stop eating, it was just so delicious you just have to try it and let me know how you love it!
