Caribbean Green Seasoning

Parsley Celery Green Onion Garlic Onion Ginger  Thyme  Scotch Bonnet Pepper

STEP 1

Cilantro, parsley, celery, green onion, garlic, onion, ginger, thyme, and (optional) Scotch Bonnet Pepper.

STEP 2

Roughly chop the herbs and vegetables.

Hot dish

STEP 3

Add them to a blender or food processor.

STEP 4

If using a blender, add a small amount of water to help the ingredients blend.

STEP 5

Process the ingredients until they form a pureed consistency, like baby food. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later use.

STEP 6

Use about 2 tablespoons of green seasoning per recipe.
