Garlic Rice

– 1 cup brown rice, rinsed – 2 cups water – 1 vegan bouillon cube – 3 cloves garlic, chopped – 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter


1. In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add rinsed brown rice, water, minced garlic, and vegan bouillon cube.

2. Bring the rice mixture to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to let it simmer for about 50 to 55 minutes.

3. Once the water is evaporated, and rice is tender, add vegan butter, and fluff with a fork. Serve!
