-Cauliflower - Onion - Chickpea flour - Water - Arrowroot starch - Garlic powder - Coconut oil - Salt

How to make

Hash browns are always easy to make. And this particular recipe is far easier than any other you have ever tried.

Step 1

To prepare cauliflower for hash browns, remove the leaves, cut the head in half, break into small florets, and wash, cutting off any brown parts if necessary.

Step 2

Process cauliflower florets and onion in a food processor and transfer to a bowl.

Step 3

Add chickpea flour, garlic powder, arrowroot starch, salt, and water, mixing well to create a sticky mixture.

Step 4

Shape into patties and bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes, on a parchment-lined tray brushed with coconut oil.
