– Coconut oil – Onion (chopped) – Garlic (minced) – Green onions (thinly sliced) – Celery (chopped) – Dried thyme – Italian seasoning – Dried allspice berries – Bay leaves – Bragg's liquid aminos  – Tomato paste – Potatoes  – Carrots (cut into coins) – Green cabbage (chopped) – Coconut milk

Sauté

Cook onions until soft.

Add Veggies

Garlic, green onions, celery, herbs, spices, tomato paste, veggies.

Simmer

Add coconut milk, water, kidney beans, soy curls, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Season

Add salt to taste.
