Jamaican Fruit Cake Recipe

Boil fruits & juice.

Boil grape juice and dried fruits in a saucepan, then let it cool.


Puree & mix ingredients

Puree 1 1/2 cups of fruits and add molasses, butter, extracts, and zest.


Combine & add fruits.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, mix into wet ingredients and add remaining fruits.


Bake at 350°F.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60-90 minutes at 350°F.
