1. Oat flour 2. Tapioca flour 3. Potato starch 4. Ground flax seeds 5. Baking powder 6. Salt 7. Curry powder 8. Almond milk 9. Vegan Butter (Earth Balance)

For The Crust

Sauté lentil mixture

Sauté onion, spring onion, and garlic in oil, add lentils and spices, and cook.


Add seasoning

Add liquid aminos, cayenne pepper, and salt to the lentil mixture, and set aside.


Combine dry ingredients

Combine dry ingredients and vegan butter, then add almond milk to form a dough.


Form dough

Roll out dough and cut into circles, add lentil filling, and fold in half.


Add filling, fold

Seal edges with a fork and transfer to baking sheet.


Seal edges, bake

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
