PAV BHAJI RECIPE

– Potatoes – Cauliflower florets – Green peas – Onion – Garlic cloves – Ginger paste – Tomatoes – Butter – Oil – Cumin seeds – Coriander powder – Red chili powder – Pav bhaji masala – Salt – Lemon wedges – Chopped onions – Chopped cilantro – Pav buns

Ingredients:-

Pressure cook vegetables

Pressure cook diced potatoes, cauliflower florets, and green peas until soft and mashable.

Heat oil & butter

Heat oil and butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, onions, and cook until translucent.

Add tomatoes, spices

Add chopped tomatoes, spices, and cook until tomatoes are mushy.

Mash vegetables

Add cooked vegetables to the pan, mash with a potato masher or hand blender until smooth.

Serve hot & garnish

Add salt, simmer for 5-10 minutes, and serve hot with toasted pav buns, lemon wedges, chopped onions, and cilantro for garnish.
