Vegan Gluten-Free Cornbread

– 1 1/4 cups almond milk – 1/2 cup agave or maple syrup – 1/3 cup coconut oil, or vegan butter melted – Golden flaxseeds ground – 1 cup cornmeal – 1 cup oat flour – 1/2 cup almond flour – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients:

1. Preheat oven 400 F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray and set aside.
