Press, drain and cut the tofu into cubes.

Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Marinate tofu

Place marinated tofu cubes on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.

Bake tofu

Saute onions, garlic, ginger, and carrots in avocado oil. Add broth, liquid aminos, and cornstarch, and cook until thickened.
