
This delicious smoothie is quick and easy to make. It’s especially great on a hectic day – like today. You just place fruits in blender with water, blend until smooth and its ready. I used water instead of milk, but you can easily substitute your favorite non-dairy milk (coconut milk, almond milk). I freeze my bananas and pineapple in chunks so I can grab and go.

Ingredients:
1 cup blackberries
2 bananas (frozen)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup water
