Ingredients

  • 16 ounces extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Press tofu by placing it underweight for 15 to 20 minutes. cut tofu into small cubes
  • In a bowl, add tamari, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well and add tofu cubes. Toss so that the mixture covers the tofu pieces.
  • Marinate tofu for 10 minutes.
  • Brush the air fryer basket or pan with oil.
  • Place the tofu pieces on an air fryer basket and air fry for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees F. Turn the tofu halfway into the cook.
