Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Scrub and peel sweet potatoes, and cut them into cubes.
  • Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl, and toss with oil, garlic, rosemary, onion powder, and salt.
  • Place on air fryer tray or basket. Cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until done
