While I was searching for low-carb options to meet my snacks craving, I discovered Air Fryer Turnips, which is a healthier twist than traditional French fries. They are perfectly coated with seasonings and air-fried until crispy and golden brown.

medium turnips
peeled and cut into cubes

olive oil

onion powder

Instructions
Place turnip cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil and toss to coat.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and toss
Brush the air fryer basket with oil and spread the seasoned turnip cubes in a single layer on an air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-15 minutes in the Air Fryer set at 380 degrees F. Shake the basket after 5 minutes.
