Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats certified gluten-free
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 banana mashed or sliced
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp almond slices
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (peanut or almond butter)

Instructions
