Homemade Beet Fries With Chipotle Aioli are delicious to have as a healthy snack. They are slightly sweet with a hint of salt that makes everyone crave it. It is so easy to make; all you need to do is follow the simple instructions, tips, and tricks.
Preheat oven 400 F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Trim the greens and roots of the beet and wash it thoroughly under cold water. Peel and cut the tops of beets. If they came with leaves, and save to make beet greens recipe.
With a sharp knife, cut beets into half crosswise, then into slices. Make matchsticks about ½ inch size.
Place beets strips into a large bowl, toss with garlic powder and salt.
