In a large bowl, add dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, salt, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, add water, vegan butter, vanilla extracts, golden flaxseeds, and ginger. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix well until it becomes a dough.
Knead the dough for about 2 to 3 minutes. If it is too sticky, add extra flour or if the dough is too dry, add extra liquid.
Place the dough on a prepared, flour-dusted workstation and roll it out using a rolling pin. The rolled sheet should be about ¼ inches thick.
Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into shapes, preferably spherical, and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking tray.
Repeat the same process with the leftover dough until the dough is finished.
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until the cakes turn golden brown.
