Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot sliced into thin strips
  • 1 large pepper sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until it starts to wilt.
  • Add the sliced carrots and bell pepper to the pan and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender yet still slightly crispy.
  • Season the stir-fry with salt and spices to taste.
