Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray or brush with oil, set aside.
Remove tofu from the package, drain the tofu, cover with paper towels, place on a plate, and press down to remove excess liquid.
Mash tofu into small pieces using your fingers, fork, or potato masher.
Combine olive oil, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, nutritional yeast flakes, and Cajun or Creole seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Pour mixture over crumbled tofu and mix well to coat.
Spread tofu crumbles in a thin layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and looks like ground meat.
Keep checking on the tofu and turn over to make sure they cook as evenly as possible and not burn.
