Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 frozen ripe banana cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 -2 tablespoons carob powder
  • 1 pitted medjool dates (optional)

Instructions

  • Place almond milk, banana, peanut butter, carob powder, and pitted dates into a high-speed blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator.
