Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup carrot top leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add onion, garlic clove, and lemon juice.
  • Pulse until everything is chopped.
  • In the food processor bowl, add cilantro, carrot top, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  • Pour olive oil and pulse again until everything is finely chopped.
  • Take the sauce out of the food processor bowl into a serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours and serve.
