Ingredients

Chaga Tea from Teabag

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag
  • sweetener of choice

Chaga Tea From Chunks

  • 2 chunks of Chaga
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

Chaga Tea From Teabag

  • Bring fresh cold water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
  • Place one tea bag in a cup, mug, or thermos.
  • When water is boiling, pour over the teabag.
  • Allow steeping for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Remove the teabag and enjoy!

For The Chunks

  • Add Chaga chunks and water to a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • Strain the tea and add your favorite sweetener. You can drink hot or cold.
