Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut
  • 8 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Remove the pit from the dates. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it forms a doughy mixture.
  • Form 10 balls with the mixture and then store them in the refrigerator
