  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Keep the millet in a medium pot at medium temperature. Add water, coconut milk, onion, garlic, green onion, thyme, allspice, and salt.
  • Start boiling, cover the pot with a lid, and reduce to simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Fluff the coconut millet with a spoon or fork and serve it beside your main dish.
