Lemon and cucumber water is the simplest thing you can ever make! It uses only four ingredients, and that's it! The ingredients are super simple and are readily available at any grocery store. In fact, if you have a garden at your home, you can probably find the ingredients in your garden as well!

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 medium lemons
  • 1 cucumber
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Wash and thinly slice the lemon without peeling the skin. Add to the pitcher
  • Wash the cucumber and slice thinly with the skin. Add to the pitcher
  • Wash the mint leaves and crush them using your hands. You can break them down into small pieces or use a brick-and-mortar to crush them roughly.
  • Add 8 cups of water and stir. Place the jug in the refrigerator.
