Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes washed and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly brush or spray a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  • Bring water to a boil, add potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Mash potatoes smoothly to prevent potatoes from clogging up the piping bag.
  • Scoop the mashed potatoes into a piping bag (I used a star tip).
  • Pipe mashed potatoes on the baking sheet. Brush the piped potatoes with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping, and enjoy!
