Ingredients

  • 25 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In a mortar and pestle add in garlic cloves, red chilli flakes, cumin seeds, salt, green chillies and lemon juice.
  • Grind it well, and add coriander and mint leaves.
  • Again crush them nicely until everything is well combined.
  • Serve as a condiment, with choice of bread, rice or any snack.
