Garlic Rice

If you're getting bored of eating plain brown rice, try this vegan Garlic Rice instead! It is so good, while still being super quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 vegan bouillon cube
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add rinsed brown rice, water, minced garlic, and vegan bouillon cube.
  • Bring the rice mixture to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to let it simmer for about 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Once the water is evaporated, and rice is tender, add vegan butter, and fluff with a fork. Serve!
