Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple scrubbed, peeled and chopped
  • 3 oranges scrubbed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cantaloupe scrubbed, peeled and chopped
  • 3 carrots scrubbed, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub cantaloupe, pineapple, carrots, and oranges.
  • Cut them in equal chunks that fit the juicer’s feeding chute.
  • Start by juicing pineapple, orange, and cantaloupe, and then end with carrots,
  • Serve immediately and pour the remainder into glass jars with covered lids and store in a refrigerator.

Notes

For an extra boost, add a small piece of peeled ginger or turmeric before juicing. Both are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and can enhance the skin-healing benefits of the juice.
