Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Pie Crust

My easy, 3 ingredients graham cracker recipe that you can easily make your own. Make the graham crackers that you are going to use the day before and store in an airtight container or use store-bought.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (make your own or use storebought)
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Butter melted (I used Earth Balance)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place the graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl, add 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter and 2 tablespoons maple syrup and stir.
  • Press the crumbs evenly at the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Make sure to press the crumbs mixture hard enough to make it compact.
  • Now you graham cracker crust is ready you can add filling after chilling the crust for an hour or you can bake it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool then add your filling.
