Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1-2 frozen bananas I love 2
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 medium avocado peeled, pitted
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger or 1 small knob (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Add crushed ice for a thicker and slushier smoothie.
