Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly brush oil in a baking dish and set aside.
In the bowl of the food processor, add pigeon peas, vegan cream cheese, garlic, lime juice, cumin, pepper, and salt.
Process until the dip is smooth and creamy.
Scoop the dip into a prepared baking dish, and sprinkle the top with vegan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until the dip is heated through.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, green onion, and chopped cilantro. Serve hot or cold.
