Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the spices in an airtight container and shake to blend.
  • Store in a cool dry place for 8 months.
