Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper
  • 4 medium tomatoes or two large
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash all the vegetables and let them dry.
  • Chop them one by one so that they fit the juicer’s feeding chute.
  • Start the juicer and add vegetables one at a time until all the vegetables are juiced.
