Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons vegan butter or avocado oil for oil-free version use 1/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Rinse frozen corn using a colander. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Heat vegan butter or avocado oil in a weighted skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion and cook until soft.
  • Add corn, onion powder, and garlic powder, Italian seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes stirring.
  • Season with salt. Serve immediately.
