Immunity Booster Tea

An immunity booster tea is a mixture of ingredients that have been shown to have strong immune system supporting abilities. This particular recipe contains ginger, garlic, turmeric, moringa leaf, and Creasee leaves which are all considered “immunity-boosting”.

Ingredients

  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric root
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • handful of cerasee leaves
  • handful of moringa leaves
  • 3 cups water
  • sweetener to taste optional

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil in a large pot
  • Add the ginger, turmeric, and garlic to the water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add moringa, and Cerasee to the boiling water and cover pot, remove from the heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes
  • Strain the tea and enjoy.
