Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon organic cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • To make dry jerk seasoning, mix spice ingredients in a jar until fully combined.
  • Store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
