Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 8 cups Swiss chard washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • half of lemon

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until golden brown but not burnt, about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the Swiss chard until wilted.
  • Add vegetable broth and cook for 5 minutes or until Swiss chard is tender.
  • Season with salt and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
