or 1 teaspoon dried crumbled leaves

Instructions
Place the leaves in a tea strainer or tea pot, pour the boiling water over them, cover, and steep for 5 minutes or more, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Remove the leaves or strain the tea. Add sweetener if you prefer, and serve.
