  • 12 ounces macadamia nuts unsalted, raw
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Place macadamia nut on a baking sheet and a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Put macadamia nuts and salt in the food processor. Process the nuts until the nut butter is formed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl intermittently. Be patient the nut butter can take 3-5 minutes to change into a smooth and creamy nut butter.
  • The nuts will break into small pieces when blending. That is why scrape down the sides of the bowl every few minutes to make sure you get an even texture.
  • Continue to process until the nut butter is smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
