Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes scrubbed, cut into 1/4 inch matchsticks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic cane sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 425. Line baking sheet with parchment and lightly grease.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes to get rid of dirt.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut them into ¼ inch matchsticks.
  • Place the potatoes matchsticks in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil, and add nutritional yeast, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and cumin powder and salt.
  • Mix well using your hands so that everything is well combined.
  • Place the potato matchsticks on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer.
  • Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 425-degree f for 35 minutes or until they turn golden.
  • Once done, serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
