Ingredients

  • 1 pound parsnip fries peeled and cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss parsnip in a large bowl with oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway or until crispy on the edges.
