Homemade Pineapple Mango Juice is a delicious and refreshing tropical delight, made from real fresh pineapples and mangoes. It is sweet, but a little tangy, with the correct balance of tart from the fresh pineapples.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 fresh mangos cut into chunks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • Mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  • To make a smooth juice, combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice by using a strainer. If you feel the juice is thick, you can add some more water to it.
  • Fill serving glasses halfway with the pineapple mango juice. Add a few ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, mango chunks, and pineapple wedge. Serve right away, and enjoy.
  • You can also refrigerate this juice for up to 3 days.
