Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place zucchini, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, pepper, and salt in a food processor and process until very smooth and creamy. Delicious and served with your favorite veggies.
