Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli rabe
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray. Set aside.
  • Trim broccoli rabe, cut off ends. Wash and drain using a colander. Pat dry with a clean towel and place in a large bowl.
  • Toss the broccoli rabe with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Place them in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Turn over the broccoli rabe and bake for another 10 minutes or until the edges are crisp. Serve immediately.
