Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts cut into halves, then washed
  • 1 pound organic baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray or brush with oil and set aside.
