  • 2 pounds turnips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil
  • Scrub, peel turnips, and remove stems and roots. Cut into chunks about 1-inch pieces. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add turnip and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain turnips using a colander.
  • Place in a [large] bowl and toss with olive, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
  • Place turnips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
