  • Place frozen spinach in a colander and do a quick rinse under cold water.
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden but not burnt, about 30 seconds.
  • Add vegetable broth, and frozen spinach.
  • Remove cover and stir spinach, cook for 3-5 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated
  • Season with salt to taste.
