  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tablespooon coconut oil
  • 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
